Every résumé deserves an editor, not a keyword stuffer.

Job searching is already hard enough. Yet most people spend hours — sometimes days — reformatting the same résumé for each application, guessing what a recruiter wants to see, and hoping the right keyword lands in the right place. The information asymmetry is real: hiring teams know exactly what they need; candidates are left to reverse-engineer job postings with little guidance and a lot of wasted effort.

We built Career Tailor because we believe AI should work like a good editor, not a content generator. A good editor sharpens what you've already written. They ask questions. They cut the fluff.
